The Dawgs’ offense gelled well in the game, with Mike Fasolo (Mohawk Valley C.C.) smashing a homerun to deep centerfield and Bryan Bleakley (New Jersey Institute of Technology) sealing the victory for Mohawk Valley with a monstrous three-run homerun in the bottom of the sixth. Hassan Evans (Herkimer County C.C.), Dave Soltis (Bryant University), George Hajar (Felician University) and Bleakley each had two hits apiece in the ten hit attack.
Antwain Brown (Santa Fe C.C.) took loss bringing his record to 0-2. Kane improved his record to 1-1.
