The Herkimer County Marine Corps League, is the only official Toys For Tots program in Herkimer County. They have been Appointed and sanctioned by the United States Marine Corps Tots For Tots Foundation. All toys and donations made in Support of this program, benefit local children and families. Last year, this program helped 1903 local children and 547 Families, along with local schools and churches. Please help by Supporting this program as the needs is greater this year.

Thursday night’s game will be Newport Telephone night as well as FREE movie tickets to the first 250 fans at the game courtesy of Valley Cinemas in Little Falls. It will also be the last “Thirsty Thursday “ of the season with drink specials all game long sponsored by the Happen Inn Sports Bar and Grille.
Finally, 2 New York Yankee Legends will also be on hand for this game and will be available for autographs throughout the game.

The Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs were already looking pretty in pink Thursday. A 4-3 win on Greg Solomon’s game-winning single in the bottom of the 15th inning made them look just a little prettier.
Little Falls’ New York Collegiate Baseball League squad suited up in pink for the first time for their “Pink Game,” a fund-raiser aiming to raise breast cancer awareness at Veterans Memorial Park on a night sponsored by Little Falls Hospital and Bassett Healthcare.
